Hi Claire,

I hope you might be able to help. I'm organising the Godalming Town Show and Carnival on behalf of Godalming Round Table. We run it entirely with volunteers with every penny raised goes to local charities and good causes. On previous years we've had nearly 4000 people attend, it is a great family event.

This year we are running it with a Sci fi theme, and was wondering if any of your members might be keen to come and support our event by being part of our Carnival? 

If there is anyone who would, it would be really appreciated and I'm sure a real head turner in the midst of the parade.
