1981 Delorean for sale, Grey, Manual............. £28,500
#1
UK registered.
2 previous owners.
9 months MOT.
Circa 38,000 miles.
An un-used spare and jack type of car.

It spent the first 23 years of its life as a weekend driver, in the dry state of Nevada.
The second owner always kept it garaged.
As such, rust to the chassis is at an absolute minimum.

It has had........
New sport cat exhaust.
New callipers, disc's and pads all round.
New clutch and brake lines.
New master cylinder.
New lowered springs all round.
New adjustable DMC shocks.
New petrol pump and sender.
New window regulators and switches.
New Firestone Front tyres.
New battery with isolator switch.
New lower speedo cable.

Cosmetically, it could do with a couple of things, new seat covers, cigarette lighter is cracked etc. Over the past 34 years there have been a couple of little dings inflicted.

I'd much prefer folk used one of my email addresses rather than PM's they seem so clunky …

Suggestion - It may be worth modifying the ebay ad to generally describe the rally, for those that don't know what it is - specifically note that the covered x miles over y days with little-to-no issues - speaks to the reliability of the car.

Otherwise, people might think that it is just one of those cars with stick on tat

Cheers for suggestions. Have changed ad slightly.
Interesting that on ebay, 3000 people have looked at ad but only 100 of them have watched the video. And I'm 5 of them!!
Although to be fair 1500 had already viewed before I posted the video.

Needs must Domi, I had a great blast and I'm leaving it a lot better than when I found it.
Not in a major hurry but looking for a 'fun' 4 seater instead.
