When the original post went up, I asked a good friend who's a british Pole like me (though still with family there and a fluent Polish speaker) if he had any contacts near Warsaw who could help, and by pure fluke he did, not through his own family but a friend he was at school with. We're still waiting to hear back from said friend's father who owns a yard in Warsaw, so nothing's confirmed yet but in the mean time Tom has secured storage in their current location till the end of the month.

I would be happy to take 1 manual car with decent chassis for restoration, could we between us here re-home the 5? Any more than 1 restorable car would be too rich for me but perhaps a group project?
