Is that because the hover wheels have simply changed to hover undercarriage? Technology eh *sigh* things are meant to get more useful. Sounds like technology of the present..

Yes yes yes. I hired this DeLorean for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I, literally, balled like a little girl when I saw it pull up at the venue, it was a total dream come true to have this car present on the most important day of my life. What a stunning car it is too. This car is more than just a replica, it is film accurate! Everything has been thought about, from the reproduction of the Mr Fusion down to the last bolt holding the Flux Capacitor in place. There is also a hover board (Science, you have just under 2 years to make this happen!), the Almanac and Marty's cap to finish off the experience.
Luke was a star on the day too. He is more than a fan and so much more than a bloke who just hires out his car. He knows everything about the car, how it was put together and by who and everything about the films. He even helps with quotes if you get stuck (I didn't though - Oh my God, they found me. I don't know how, but they found me - RUN FOR IT MARTY!). To top it all, it rained on and off for the whole time we had the car but Luke made sure that it was dry and clean as soon as it stopped raining making sure that it was perfect for every picture.
There are a couple of things I'm gutted about. Firstly, there wasn't an opportunity to have the hover wheels put on the car, it would have been cool to see the car 'float', but we just didn't get a chance on the day - too much wedding going on! Secondly, (and this is what I'm most gutted about) is that, because of the rain, we couldn't have the Tardis set up next to DeLorean! Now that would have been a Match Made In Space!
If I have the opportunity to have the car again, I would take it!
Cheers,
V

Cheers Claire! They look a little purple on that photo but in real life they are blue. I think I'm going to change them to aqua at some point!

A nice little read! Apparently, an entrepreneur has
recently being telling people about a car that was for sale by Universal Studios!
Damn! We should have all chipped in and bought it as the club mascot.

Yeah, it's good quality and has kept it's colour after several washes (unlike some other 1-day deal t-shirts I've bought before that fade fast!).

Will keep an eye out for a medium one. They were limited weren't they if I remember correctly..?
