Ta! Smile

Nope, never again.

If i'm being honest, I only removed the lights and vents etc, then helped prep the fascia and bumper, it was a guy my dad knows who painted it for me as a favour. I reckon if I had the kit though I could have a good go

I was doing a few maintenance bits and bobs on the car tonight, and thought I'd test the Mrs' new camera out! Smile

I've added some effects to some of them which changes the colours you actually see in person (blue flux bands, warm white hovers, dark green landing lights).

Cheers Chris, means a lot coming from you. I did have a double glance at the car after I took a look at one of the hovering shots! I quickly told myself off. "Don't be so gullible McFly.."

It does require the right conditions and angle to work effectively, but perhaps I'll work on a fully drivable one next year

Ho Ho Ho, very funny

If I could get it in my house, I'd use it as the seat to a cinema room.

Bit of a teaser trailer for this Thursdays main release. They are hoping to get some TV exposure too which should be fun. Cracking bloke to work with, all of his team were extremely respectful and knowledgeable about the car which was nice!

They were talking to me about Deloreans just in general, and I spread some positive love for them which should help get shut of these constant "aren't they aluminium/unreliable/badly made" questions

Just looking at your pics Luke, that rear number plate looks very awkward on the rear deck, I was wondering if it was an idea to relocate it to the lower valance on a type of hinge mechanism ( with a number plate light attached) or slide into the area behind it so it would be visible for road use and 'flip up' when you use it for display-just a thought as I'm working on something along those lines at the moment. The exhaust may be an issue for the folding idea!
I've seen on forums a front number plate bracket that folds and retracts under the front valance for a clean look. Smile

I agree. For the rear plate, I now have it on tiny Velcro pads so I can just take it off easily at shows. The front one doesn't really bother me in all honesty, but cheers for the ideas! 8)

Xmas project time!

Sprayed with the exact same make and colour as the restored hero cars boxes (cheers guys!!). Nice job sanding them down and using filler for all the micro bubbles from resin casts....hmm, sore thumbs in the morning me thinks.

Also clear coated the rusty bolts to keep their weathered look but not have them eat into the nice new paint.

Now onto purple clamps, correct wires and chunkier hose. Should be here early next week! Big Grin
