Idle problem when starting from cold

Well, I may have sorted all the interior of VIN 10719, but the problem that she has when starting from cold persists. The car starts ok, but unless I keep my foot slightly depressed on the throttle to bring the idle up to about 800-1000 rpm it starts to hunt all over the place, swinging up and down the revs ever more erratically until the engine stalls.

Hmm, can't see the vid (work firewall), but from the descriptoion, that's usually the mixture screw which is buried under a sealed cap between the air filter box and the fuel distributor, which may or may not have been drilled out in yours. Once drilled, you need a long allen key to reach down the hole and adjust it, and then there's only about 180 degrees between rich extinction and lean extinction...
