Great to hear that you can make it Paul - do you want to convoy down
with the rest of the East Midlands Massive? 8)

I had a chat with Mary on Friday, her and Michael are travelling up to Shropshire
this week to sort out the scenic drive route, and sort out the other events - as
soon as it is all finalised, it will be published on here and hopefully posted out to
all club members.

I'm really looking forward to this event !!

Yep. Convoy it is!
I'll phone you closer to the date and we'll work out meeting times and that
Hope they have a mobile signal round there. I want to get this event on the
'Live Cam' section of the website.

BTW. Anybody who wants to broadcast another DeLorean related event, who
has a laptop/netbook/mac etc with webcam and an internet connection of any kind,
please contact me and I'll sort you out with connection software and other details.

yep, house move is imminent and we will be in the county of bows and arrows and men in green tights within the next couple of weeks

Just to let everyone know that we have received delivery of a new batch of Spax Shock Absobers.
There is a small price increase to £285 for a set of 4 shocks + £14 P&P.
They will be in the Club shop very soon.

There will also be a 'Special Price' at the DOC Summer Event at only £265 for a full set.
This price is only available at the show, plus you'll save paying the postage!

A selection of parts will be for sale at the Event too.

Cant believe its only a week to go until this event - its certainly come round fast!!

I've received a pack of stuff from Parkinsons UK, and their Wales Co-Ordinator, Phillippa, will be joining us on the Saturday

She's also been very helpful in sorting out media coverage for us too.

It'll be good test of my car, which hasnt been on the road since the meet at Coventry Transport Museum last September. I think I'd better get her taxed and do a few test runs ....... :lol:

well we're just waiting for confirmation from someone who if the are coming
wont be leaving Colchester till noon, so my guess is we'll be leaving home
between 3-4pm.

Me and Liz will be coming to this on the Saturday, its only a bit over an hour from us so we wont stay over. Will we be ok to have the meal though if we're not stopping at the hotel?

i'm sure that would be absolutly fine, if you just let the hotel know I'm sure they will oblige.
