Ed uding at DMC Europe. You have to re-use your own stainless strip though.

Not that one, I have a thin spongy strip between the bottom of the lower door panel and the door itself it's stuck directly where the row of bottom fir trees are. Do all DMC's have this or is it just a mod of some sort.

sounds like summat Dave Woodyard who used to own DGS803X got from BMW
when he worked there, its a self expanding foam filler sort of thing. He had a roll of it, which he'd then cut in half lengthways, as from memory a roll is about an inch wide, so he'd make it half that and use it to fill the gap between the door panel and the door itself, as it would fill in any uneven gaps over night. Anychance you can up load a piccy of the bit your talking about so that I can be sure we're singing from the same hymn sheet so to speak?

One way to eliminate that gap is to replace all the fir trees with new ones that actually have some grip in them. If you'd like to go down that route, I'm yer man
