Just came across these Nike DeLorean 6.0 trainers.

I've seen James Espey talking about these on Facebook, I think you can order
them through DMCH (although can you imagine the price of shipping to the UK
plus then Import Duty etc at this end?).

...It's near impossible to get these. Only now perhaps second hand from someone willing to sell them to you. The release number was limited to 1000 units and a list of outlets selling them was posted on the internet (ALL in the USA, and each only carrying i believe - two pairs!) This all happened in November. I think now there is a petition on FB to get Nike to do another batch so that others might have a chance of owning a pair....So i guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Yeah I tried (unsuccessfully) to get a pair of these from the Nike website on release date - they sold out within, like, a few minutes :

They do have them on ebay last time I looked, but they were around £200 a pair, excluding int. delivery

when I went to the DMCH Open House in 2003, James Espey said that they had
evidence (I think from frame numbers, will have to check my video of if) of circa
9,200 cars being built.
