Thought I would pass this along. I was going to get a pair, but thought to myself "When the hell would I ever wear these?" If however someone has a TM Replica, then these would be a no brainer.
100 bucks is not bad considering they do light up closely to the originals, just no EL Nike badge, but that could be easily made.

As a delorean owner, you do (sometimes) want to just blend in to the crowd.
So as Michael suggested, I think a pair on display in a time machine replica.... Great!

Oh Ben, you would be a 'spoil sport'…
I did think they might not go down too well at my Masonic meetings (where black shoes are the norm), but I thought i'd be OK strolling through Derby City centre in them, at 9pm on a Saturday evening. Just think of the admiring comments and attention i'd get from all the young people?

These are highly modified V2s to look almost exactly like the limited Nike release. If anyone wants a pair drop me a line, I know a guy UK based who spends a few weeks doing the mods.

I had the same thing, two Jamaicans walk up to me and love them on a night out. They ask "what happens if some big guys like us decides to rob them off you?!" semi joking. The best reply for me was "You gonna fit in my size 8? Even if you get them on with your toes hanging out, you'll break the LEDs and they're cheap Chinese knock offs". :lol:
