Mike H - A Van - 14 Apr 2009 Mike, I saw a post earlier today about your exhaust bracket? I cant find the post anywhere, only I couldnt see what part it was? Re: Mike H - MikeH - 14 Apr 2009 it was part 26, i deleted it cause i just ordered one from ed. Was much cheaper than dmch with there rip off $50-60 shipping. So with any luck ill have it thursday or friday ![]() i knew it wouldnt take long before something went up the spout Re: Mike H - A Van - 14 Apr 2009 Which part was it though Mike? Re: Mike H - MikeH - 14 Apr 2009 erm here it is, i got a pic of it earlier and ive circled it on the actual thingy ![]() ![]() Re: Mike H - TheOriginalMrP - 14 Apr 2009 LOL..... I had one of these go in the same place, but be warned the replacement won't be like this. It's more of a mild steel which has been primered, and the sockets for the bolts turn in their holders. If you know of a good welder, I'd go for that option personally...... Oh, and its doesn't actually support much anyway. Mine was broke for 9 months before I got it replaced. Re: Mike H - MikeH - 14 Apr 2009 oh, ed has them made outta stainless and i dont know of any decent welders, as long as it holds out for awhile ill be happy, i must admit theres alot of strain on them, im not supprised at all that it breaks Re: Mike H - TheOriginalMrP - 14 Apr 2009 Mine had been welded, but poorly. If you can get a stainless one, all the better. ![]() Re: Mike H - MikeH - 14 Apr 2009 yup, from ed with delivery its about 40 euro's. dmch with shipping is about $97. big diffrence and like you say, ss one is better ![]() |
